What we keep, and why.

What this page covers

This page explains how Sensemaker handles the information you share through The Sense Check, the conversation request form and any other form on this website. It is written in plain language and updated as the practice evolves.

What we collect and why

• / Your first name, email, business name, role and optional website or social profile, provided when you submit The Sense Check.
• / The reflections and responses you enter as part of The Sense Check, kept alongside the pattern the diagnostic identifies.
• / Optional details you share when you request a conversation.
• / Non-identifying context about how you arrived on the site, such as referrer and campaign source, when present.

We collect this to prepare a thoughtful response and, where you have agreed, to send occasional notes.

Consent

Submitting your responses requires your agreement to submit them and view your complete Sense Check. Two additional permissions are optional: allowing Sensemaker to contact you with a thoughtful follow-up, and receiving occasional notes. Both are off by default and can be withdrawn at any time.

How we store it

Your submission is stored securely in Sensemaker's backend database. Only authorised Sensemaker staff can access identifying information.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertising networks. Aggregated, non-identifying trends may inform how Sensemaker writes or presents its work in future.

Removing your information

Write to us and we will remove your submission on request. Where possible, please include the email address you used so we can locate the correct record.

Changes to this page

If material changes are made, this page will be updated and the change noted at the top.
